Belle & Wilde has been set up by Nick Metcalf R'75 and his wife Grail and stepdaughter Annabelle to meet the growing demand for tasty, nutritious and sensibly priced gluten free bakery products. All the products are produced in the Company's small bakery in the Sussex countryside, not far from Worth. The products are 100% natural and deliciously different with no added preservatives or sugar and no gluten or wheat. Alex Whelpton - daughter of Charlie Whelpton B'74 and sister of Harry Whelpton R'08 are part of the management team.
