Worth Supporthing
Providing the Gift of Education We would like to change more lives. To do so, we need to increase the number of bursaries we are able to offer. The School’s mission, with regard to bursaries, is to fulfill its Catholic and charitable aims by providing greater access to an outstanding education to all, enabling children of different backgrounds and with different financial means to attend the School regardless of their families’ financial circumstances. This is education with heart and soul. Help us create more stories of lives transformed by bursaries.
Many of us cannot give in our lifetimes, but a gift in our wills can make a wonderful donation to the future. For those who hold Worth in their affections, remembering the School in your will is one of the most personal and significant ways you can help transform the future of Worth and help those who could benefit the most. Some members of our wider community are at the stage in life when they begin to consider what their final legacy will be. Once family and friends are appropriately remembered, thoughts often turn to charities and institutions which figure prominently in a person's life. For many, the years spent at school are some of the most significant and life-forming times. This is especially true at Worth, not only because of the excellent education provided, but also because of the spiritual guidance received. Pledging a legacy provides you with the chance to make a charitable gift in your will, possibly allowing you to do more than you might be able to do in your lifetime. Please get in touch if you are considering pledging a legacy. For those that wish to be recognised publicly, we have established the St Benedict's Society. We plan to hold an annual lunch to thank you and share memories of Worth. Please contact development@worth.org.uk for further information.
