On Sunday 25th June the Astropitch at Worth hosted another annual Worthians 5-a-side Football Tournament. With temperatures nudging 30 degrees, 8 teams battled it out for the 'H' Trophy in memory of Henry Surtees C'09 RIP.

Our OW 1st XI Captain, Harry Woodman F'10, led Team Wombledon, Jack Rackham R'05 captained Team Rackham, Team Rivers was led by Theo Rivers F'11 and Tom Bentley C'18 put together Team Bentley. It was also great to have some more recent leavers returning with Team 7M captained by Ethan Cunha '21, Shaquiri's kids captained by Jacob McLoughlin C'21 and Farwell FC (& Colm) captained by Caleb Tanner F'22. There was also had a good turnout to complete the Worth Staff team.

After some stellar performances during the afternoon, the Final was played by Team Rackham and Team Rivers with the later picking up the trophy from Worthians Football Manager, Andy Taylor, at the post-match tea and presentation.

A big thank you to all who played, our fantastic referees, Alan Mitchell, Conrad Ware & Andy Taylor, and the wonderful crowd of enthusiastic spectators. See you all again next year!
