In January 2022 Worth Society were delighted to host a virtual careers talk on the current state of the UK recruitment market as we start to emerge from the pandemic. Experienced Recruiter and Life Coach, James Baybutt StB'99, of Parkside Executive took us through his research into the 1st quarter of the year, showing data on which organisations are recruiting, and sharing his top tips on how to secure a dream job.
