Are you called to be a Forerunner?
We are seeking to recruit new Forerunners for one year - or preferably two year - mission placements at Worth School. 

Community
Our team live together on site at Worth School and aspire to live the fullness of the Christian life inspired by St John the Baptist and the Benedictine charism of hospitably through our shared life of prayer, fellowship, formation, and mission. We have personal prayer time every day as we desire for our mission to come from deep intimacy with God.

Formation
Forerunners are provided with ongoing ministry training and also receive the opportunity for formation and spiritual guidance through a dedicate mentor from the monastic community. We also take into consideration your particular gifts and calling so that you might grow in these. 

Mission

The Forerunner Mission is to the proclaim the Good News and to lead others into encounter with Christ. In the day-to-day we lead timetabled class groups in fun, fellowship and faith; we lead whole school worship once a week; we lead our designated house in prayer and faith development; we prepare pupils for the Sacrament of Confirmation; and much more besides.
