Meditation Series for Worthian Girls

Peacebeam is a newly launched meditation platform
Peacebeam is a newly launched meditation platform

Earlier this year, Julia Hollis StM'11 was part of a team of wormen who set up a new meditation platform called Peacebeam. Julia has now written and narrated a meditation series for young women aged 15-20 called Letters to a Young Woman,  inspired by Rilke’s work Letters to a Young Poet.

The series, made up of 5 minute podcasts, is all about finding your own path, speaking up, accepting your uniqueness and generally acknowledging the challenges of navigating your way from girlhood to womanhood. Julia says it is all the things she would want to say to her younger self if she could go back in time.

Julia is giving Worthians free access to the series until 24th December 2020 by using the code LTAYW2020. Go to the website here.
