Have you ever wondered how Benedictine spirituality and Benedictine prayer practices could help you navigate the stresses and strains of daily life? Want to find out what Lectio Divina is?
Then do join us at Worth Abbey on Saturday 24th June from 1-4pm for an afternoon of prayer sessions and topical talks, including some by monks from Worth's monastic community. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain further insight into the prayer lives of our resident Benedictine community.
The afternoon will begin with the wonderfully calming 'Midday Prayer' at 1pm, and will conclude with Benediction featuring music by Worth's Abbey Choir.
There will be the opportunity to take a guided walk to the Quiet Garden in its June prime, and there will be activities for children throughout the event. Complimentary refreshments will be on offer courtesy of Worth Abbey Pilgrims.
Please BOOK HERE as soon as possible to secure your place.
