The Abbot and Worth Community are sad to announce the death of Rt. Rev. Dom Kevin Taggart on 14th October 2025, in the 95th year of his age, the 76th of his profession, and the 71st of his priesthood.
Worth Prep School 1940-44, Downside 1944-1949, Gervase Housemaster, Head Master of Worth School 1977-1983, Abbot of Worth 2010-2013.
The Funeral Mass will take place at Worth Abbey at 1.30pm on Saturday 1st November, followed by burial in the monastery cemetery. Refreshments will then be served.
