I am delighted to inform you that Bishop Richard Moth will be ordaining Brother David Jarmy to the Diaconate on Thursday 17th December 2020, at the 5.30pm Conventual Mass. Due to the covid restrictions this will be attended just by the monastic community, but you are warmly invited to join us through a live-stream.

Br David’s ordination to the priesthood is scheduled for 11am on Monday 22nd March 2021, the Solemnity of St Benedict. We are very much hoping that circumstances will allow us to invite an appropriate congregation on that occasion.

Br David joined the Monastery in 2009 and made his Solemn Profession in 2013. The community is delighted that he now wishes to become a priest, to serve the community in this way. Please continue to pray for him that his ministry will be richly blessed.
