The Worthian and the pandemic poem that went viral

We were very excited to hear that Katie Phillips St'A14 produced the music for the wonderful pandemic poem The Great Realisation by poet Tomos Roberts (aka Tom Foolery) which has gone viral and was featured yesterday on ITV's This Morning. The work, which reimagines our post-pandemic world, is written in the form of a bed-time story that is being read to children. Filmed at home with his younger brother and sister, the video has been viewed more than 21 million times across YouTube, Facebook and Instagram since it was posted last week.

Katie, a recent graduate of Leeds College of Music where she studied Film Music, has also recently produced the soundtrack for Reading Gaol, a film about Oscar Wilde's time in prison.

We wish Katie the very best of luck in what we are sure will be a very successful career!
